Modular and temporal control of cellular signaling systems

In our group we systematically study organization and dynamics of cellular signaling systems using quantitative mass spectrometry. Current projects cover three major research areas:

  • technology development for the quantitative high throughput analysis of metazoan interaction proteomes
  • systematic analysis of signaling complexes that control cell growth and tissue homeostasis
  • modular organization of protein networks that control disease states
