Dr. Stephan Durot
System Biology, Data Science, Mass Spectrometry
The lymphatic vasculature is part of the vertebrate cardiovascular system and is crucial for fluid uptake in tissues, immunosurveillance and lipid absorption. In his research, Stephan aims to understand how cellular metabolism drives formation and functions of lymphatic vasculature in normal and disease state by combining high-throughput metabolomics, proteomics and lipidomics methods with computational approaches.
