- The Leitner group is officially established at IMSB upon promotion of Alexander Leitner to the position of Senior Scientist.
- Chris Sarnowski joins the group thanks to funding from a joint ETH Research Grant on protein-RNA interactions together with the groups of Prof. Frédéric Allain (D-BIOL) and Prof. Jonathan Hall (D-CHAB).
- Julia Boshart joins the lab for a 3-month research project on cross-linking MS.
- The group receives additional funding from ETH’s Strategic Focus Area “external page Personalized Health and Related Technologies” together with the group of Prof. Frédéric Allain.
- New publications on materials for phosphopeptide enrichment (collaboration with Jan-Henrik Smått lab, Turku, FI), integrating cross-linking in open data formats (a project from HUPO’s external page Proteomics Standards Initiative), cross-linking MS of the chromatin remodeler Alc1 (collaboration with Sebastian Deindl lab, Uppsala, SE).
